NITEO does not assess whether any asset, market, or course of action is appropriate for you. Configuration changes what information is visible and when it arrives; it does not create personal guidance.
1. Market risk
Financial and virtual-asset markets can move rapidly and unpredictably. A person can lose some or all value committed to a market. Leverage, derivatives, illiquidity, gaps, venue failure, operational events, regulation, and market closures can amplify loss or prevent an intended action.
Virtual assets may lose their value in full or in part, can be extremely volatile, and may not benefit from financial-protection or compensation arrangements.
2. No individual guidance
NITEO does not know your full circumstances and does not use your assets, income, objectives, experience, or risk profile to generate content. The service does not connect to a financial account, hold assets, arrange transactions, or control a customer's funds.
Consult appropriately authorised advisers where you need personal financial, legal, tax, or accounting guidance.
3. Data limitations
Market data may be delayed, missing, revised, duplicated, mapped incorrectly, or interrupted. Venue-specific references may differ from an underlying cash instrument, fund, commodity, index, currency, or listed contract. A displayed symbol is descriptive coverage, not an endorsement.
Source agreement and quality checks reduce some errors but cannot remove them. Always confirm important information through independent primary sources.
4. Historical context
Historical frequency, rarity, comparison windows, and prior observations describe the available dataset. They do not estimate a future outcome. Results can change with the selected universe, time period, missing data, methodology version, fees, liquidity, and market regime.
Illustrative or simulated material is not an actual customer result and may benefit from hindsight or simplified assumptions.
5. AI-supported research
AI may help organise exceptions, compare records, or support a documented research review. It can make mistakes, omit context, or produce inconsistent text. Deterministic measurements, source records, method versions, and human accountability remain necessary. The presence of AI does not make information more certain.
6. Third-party and delivery risk
NITEO depends on data, hosting, email, payment, and optional Telegram providers. A provider can delay, change, or stop a service. Email filters, account settings, network issues, or third-party outages may delay a notice. NITEO is not a continuous emergency service.
7. Regulatory status and location
NITEO is designed as a general information, software, and research service operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Availability may be restricted by jurisdiction.
NITEO does not provide individual recommendations, promote a particular instrument or venue, connect to a financial account, arrange or execute an order, hold customer assets, transmit money or virtual assets, or act on a customer's behalf. Digital-asset information is presented only as one aggregate market-data category. These product limits do not replace any authorisation required by applicable law.
